- Re: Consumer Credit Score Relationship to Equity Ownership
How could the credit reporting company possibly know how much equity in the
home he has? Are they going to do appraisals every month?
Hire a lawyer. For a hundred bucks he might save tens of thousands. ...or
not.
He'll maintain his credit score if he continues to pay off credit. Without
credit his score will go to zero, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. The

- Re: Basic cable TV - channels
The stations in question have plenty of religious programming. Is it
brokered time? I have no idea. Is any of it distributed as part of
ION programming package? I have no idea.
With ION's heavy emphasis on second run syndication, I've never counted
it as a fifth network but a programming service that includes a bit of

I don't think it's a religious requirement. In the two cases I'm

so if the cable company is required to carry all the local broadcast
stations, the local ION station would be included.
I'm at a loss to explain the presence of WGN in Los Angeles and San

Wait, there's a federal and or state-mandated religious requirement?
Is that not an Establishment Clause violation?
